Quinta da Fonte houses have been built to a very high specification. They were carefully designed to allow for small variations in layout that might be required by propspective buyers.
All materials used in construction and fit-out are the best available and the standard of workmanship is excellent. Hardwood is used throughout and floors are all tiled to give the traditional Portuguese look.
