Quinta da Fonte can offer a wide range of property services and manage every aspect of the property including:

• Visiting the property on a regular basis and supervising all the general maintenance work.

• Organizing all the small maintenance (repairs) necessary and providing quotations for other major jobs upon your request.

• Arrange payment of all the bills relating to the villa, like electricity, telephone, water, gas, taxes, etc.

• Supply the villa with basic items like cleaning materials, toilet paper, etc.

• Organizing monthly statements, itemizing all the payments made on your behalf. Please note that this account will have to be provided with funds at all times to meet the payments.

• Arranging services for your clients or yourself, like: car hire, various information, including advice on Insurance, security, etc.

Maid service
This service includes cleaning of the Property including exterior facilities such as swimming pool shower, BBQ, pavements and driveways. We will provide all of the cleaning materials essential.

Laundry Service
This service includes only linen and towels. Other items, like mats, clothes, and dry cleaning are charged per piece accordingly.

Garden Maintenance
The price of the garden maintenance will vary depending on the size of the garden. Our Gardening services will ensure that your garden looks its best all year round. Any new plants, fertilizers, chemicals, pesticides, compost, irrigation repairs or part replacements, pine tree cleaning, grass scarification or re-seeding, landscaping work, etc. will be quoted upon your request separately.

Swimming Pool Maintenance
The pool service consists of 2 weekly visits from June to September and 1 weekly visit from October to May. As well as regular pool cleaning services, we also do repairs and installation of all pool equipment for fresh or salt water pools including pumps, filters, chlorinators, automatic cleaners, plumbing jobs and leak repairs.
